We're heading into the studio this weekend to start working on our new album "Alabama Chrome". We're putting everything we've got into this record. We want it to be more raw and energetic than Nashville Swinger ever was. This is a white trash rock and roll record. It's high time we put one out. We have a good friend Von Franco illustrating it and our plan is to make this a vinyl album with a free digital download with every record. There will be some CDs made of it but our big focus is the vinyl version. Once it's done we're gonna try and hit the road and do quite a bit of touring to promote it including a bigger European tour which is being booked as we speak.

We've done a little clean up around here too and gave our myspace site a much needed facelift. This is all part of our committing to being more involved on our social networking to try and stay more connected with you and get you all info Saddle Tramps as it happens. Make sure you hook up with us on Facebook too. We're going to be giving this site a needed image overhaul soon and it will be updated with quite a few new features.

One last big note for our European fans is our CDs are now available through Sonic Rendezvous. As for the CDs in America, we've decided to go green and change our packaging to jackets which in turn allows us to ditch the excess plastic AND sell them for $5 less than they were before. Sound good? We thought so too!

We'll be posting notes and photos and maybe some video from the recording sessions on our myspace and Facebook sites so make sure you're staying up with us here and there.
